3 of us went to Schaumburg Immediate Care since my son tested positive there for Covid today. Staff are very nice. They took all 3 of us at the same time - fitting us in between patients. . The nurse administering the test was very nice and professional. The doctor who came in to give us the results (all of negative!) was professional as well. Gave us a quick exam. Remembered our son from earlier in the day and wished him well. Highly recommend Schaumburg Immediate care.

The staff at Schaumburg Immediate Care were very friendly. And considering how hard it is to get in to see a Dr these days and how hard it can be to get a Covid test, I was very thankful that I only had to wait 1 hr before seeing the Dr and getting a test. Results were ready in 15 min!

Came for a Test. Called them from the parking lot. They told me to come inside. I was in and out in 5 mins and had results in 20 mins

I took my daughter in to Schaumburg Immediate Care to make sure she hadn't caught Covid-19. Not only were we able to give her the test and know the results in less than 20 minutes but the amount of care and kindness the entire staff showed was amazing. My daughter never felt nervous and didn't mind seeing a Doctor

Went to Schaumburg Immediate Care for an instant COVID-19 test. We were traveling by RV from Florida and wanted to make sure we did not bring the virus up with us We had an appointment at 4:30 and we arrived several hours ahead of time. The clinic was able to get us in early and accommodated us. They are super sanitized and only allow one patient in at a time. Our test was quick. We waited outside for a phone call that ate results were in (15 minutes after our test). Vivian and I were both negative!Schaumburg Immediate Care billed our insurance. They were fast, friendly, and safe. I hope that I never have to be tested again, if I had to, I would you this facility in the future.
